As part of his research, Chaim is interested in examining the demographic effects in response distortion. He also enjoys cooking and learning to play the guitar.

Bonnie graduated in 2003 from Adelphi University with a Bachelor in Arts. She then went on to pursue her Masters in Psychology from Adelphi University and graduated in 2005. Currently, Bonnie is working as a candidate selection associate at Aon Consulting. Her research interests include selection, motivation, and training and development.

Robert has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years. As head of the Investment Division at National Financial Network, Robert is responsible for the development of the company’s 60 Registered Representatives. Robert also plays a central role in portfolio design, pension planning, and in determining the company’s mutual fund recommendations. He is committed to helping the Firm’s Associates generate wealth for their clients, maximize the value of their clients’ assets, enhance the quality of their lives and perpetuate their legacies for generations to come. This is evident in his ongoing devotion to continuing his professional development through education and membership in professional organizations. He is the Firm’s resource for all investment related products/services, including: mutual funds, variable annuities, 529’s, pension design, 401k’s, fixed annuities, and separate account programs. Robert’s dedication to the profession and his clients is evident through his membership in organizations that encourage a commitment to superior ethical standards. Robert is a Court of the Table qualifier of The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a premier association for professionals in the life insurance-based financial services arena. Round Table membership is an exclusive honor that is achieved only by a small percentage of all life insurance and financial services advisors worldwide. Robert has also acquired the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation. The CFS is an intensive program that educates advisors about the various aspects of mutual fund investing and financial planning. In 2006 Robert was recognized as one of Park Avenue Securities’ Top Representatives. Robert received his B.S. in Business/Economics from Oneonta College. In addition, Robert acquired his MBA in Finance & Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch in July 2003. Robert is an avid runner, and has completed seven marathons. Robert’s best time was 2:57, which placed him in the top 2% of all runners in the New York City Marathon. Robert lives in Garden City, Long Island with his wife Jeannine, and four children: Sydney, Nina, Robert Jr., and Leo.
Dianne Weinstein, MBA

Dianne is currently an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business, CUNY and the University of Phoenix, specializing to-date in management, change management and business communications courses. Her specialty is helping individuals and organizations develop cultures where change, continuous improvement, higher levels of achievement, and exceeding customer expectations prevail. As an Executive Coach, she draws on a wealth of business experiences within public and private companies, including service as Chief Ethics Officer, Vice President – Human Resources, Executive Committee Member and Change Agent. She has worked for various well known companies such as American Express, Chiquita Brands, William Morrow, and Applied Graphics Technologies. To-date, she has participated in and/or facilitated over 1000 “people integration” initiatives stemming from organizational restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, etc. Dianne has an MBA from Hofstra University, a B.A. from New York University and certifications from post-graduate programs in human resources (New York University) and corporate coaching (Corporate Coach University). Additionally, she is a Certified Behavior and Motivation Analyst, a Certified Teleclass Leader, and an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business, specializing to-date in management and change management courses.
