The faculty represents a variety of theoretical and applied interests. These interests include group processes, especially causal modeling of variables related to group performance and productivity, organization design and analysis, selection, time management, motivation, organizational behavior modification, consumer psychology, and attitude assessment, as well as applied research on self-managed teams, performance evaluation, multisource feedback, customer satisfaction, job analysis, and training.
